QuickServices | Atlanta3D

QuickServices are automated services where you send me the file in the appropriate format, we make a quote, and then send you the item you designed. They're inexpensive and quick-turnaround items because they require little-to-no consulting, just using our equipment.

QuickPrint - Fast 3D Prints
- Currently, we use MakeXYZ or 3DHubs to manage our printers' queue

QuickMold - A 3D Print Lost-PLA cast in Aluminum
- Go to 3DHubs and pick "Lost PLA Casting" for the material
QuickCut - A laser-cut /engraved item (up to 8" x 10")
- Email a DWG, DXF, or Black/White BMP to
QuickRout - A CNC Engraved sheet, up to 4' x 8'
- Email a DWG, DXF, or Black/White BMP to
QuickPCB - A quick printed circuit board (copper only, SMT, single sided)
- Email the gerber for Top Copper to
  - 3" x 4" or 4" x 5" - $20/1, $30/2 and $40/3 - Sent USPS (so 2 day turn in the Atlanta area!)
  - Trace/Space Specifications:
    - Minimum Trace: 0.2 mm / 8 mil
    - Minimum Passive Size: 0603
    - Minimum spacing: 0.8 mm / 30 mil
    - Solder Temp: 215c / 420F (Sn42/Bi57.6/Ag0.4 recommended)
